Micronor MR387 Series Fiber Optic Emergency Stop (ESTOP) System is an innovative emergency signaling scheme that can be deployed in hazardous environments and operate over very long distances. The MR380 system meets the ESTOP functional requirements per ISO 13850 and NFPA 79, and classified as a Category 2 Functional Safety device per ISO 13849-1.

The optical signal levels are rated inherently safe, simple mechanical device, allowing the sensor to be safely deployed in all categories of explosive atmospheres – mines, gaseous and dust.
